It's less than two months before Christmas and I'm sure everybody's excited for the happiest time of the year :) After all, there's nothing like Christmas in the Philippines especially when the countdown gets nearer to the big day. Although the weather still hasn't quite got the cool feel we expect during the Ber months, the upcoming Yuletide season is very much evident in the Christmas carols we hear and the lights and decorations that are popping up everywhere.
Experience a magical Christmas at the SM Mall of Asia now that the festivities have officially started with the lighting of the Grand Christmas Tree last Sunday afternoon in the Main Mall Atrium.
SM MOA's VIPs together with special guests that included mother and daughter Kuh Ledesma and Isabella, and the UP Singing Ambassadors who entertained the audience with lovely songs.
The Philippine All Stars also performed an energetic dance number for everyone's enjoyment.
The majestic 50-foot tree was decked in twinkling lights and amazing toys. Joining the fun were Santa Claus and Garfield who gamely posed for pictures with kids and adults alike.

Be amazed with larger-than-life toys covered in bright twinkling lights during SM MOA's 5th Grand Festival of Lights Parade happening every Saturday at 5:30PM from Dec 1 to 22 and on Christmas day itself.
To make Christmas even more meaningful, SM MOA encourages its mall-goers to celebrate the season of giving by sharing their blessings through the SM Cares' Bears of Joy project where you can take home a cute and cuddly teddy bear for P100 and the proceeds will be donated to various orphanages and charitable institutions supported by this project.
