Electrolux Celebrates the Colors of Life

Last October 6, Electrolux marked the culmination of its Colors of Life Fabric Care campaign at the Glorietta 5 Atrium. The event, hosted by the ever-upbeat DJ Sam, was well-attended by the people who helped make the campaign a success. Present were ABS-CBN Sagip Kapamilya representatives, retail partners, sponsors, Electrolux employees and their families.

Kids were treated to fun activities like face painting, balloon twisting, and a photo booth which elicited smiles even from adult attendees' faces. The event also showcased the Family Style Shots fashion show where pretty winners ramp-modeled with their kids.

Similar to last year's advocacy, Electrolux's Colors of Life campaign once again donated clean pre-loved clothes and blankets this time to victims of typhoons and monsoon rains that caused massive flooding in Metro Manila and other parts of the country.

Ms. Lizette Posadas, Electrolux Fabric Care category manager, expressed that through their beneficiary, ABS-CBN Sagip Kapamilya, "We have washed and donated a total of 7,000 kilos of clean clothes and blankets to those who need them most." Electrolux continued to accept items for donation during the event at the Clothes Donation hub.

In addition, Electrolux launched the P100 of Warmth CSR initiative where P100, from every Electrolux front load machine and dryer sold during the campaign period, was used to buy items for donation.

* I loved the beautiful colors used on the stage that day. The lighting was also favorable for taking pictures. So please do view more photos I took during the event here :)
