Regular readers of this blog know how much I believe in the advocacies spearheaded by World Vision. Please consider supporting their latest program called 12-Hour Famine.
When: November 6, 2010, 9:00 am to 9:00 pm
Where: Flying V- Arena, San Juan, Metro Manila
What: For 12 hours, hundreds of Filipino youth will come together as one lending their voices to this global fight against hunger and poverty.
The P300 registration fee includes a famine kit containing with a pass, shirt, baller band, and information materials.
Anybody who's 15 years old and up is invited to sign-up and join the World Vision 12-hour Famine by calling the Famine Hotline 8-FAMINE (8-326463) or registering online. You can also join WV on Facebook or follow them on Twitter.
