Jasmine Koh, Morellato Business Development Manager, describes Morellato as being known for harmonious proportions, sensually chic femininity, and refined Italian taste. "We understand how it can be challenging at times to complete an OOTD (outfit of the day) when your accessory doesn't feel like it complements your look," she shares. "The Morellato Style Series will address that concern by giving tips on how to wear your jewelry and timepiece as you make your style statement."

According to Jenni Epperson, premier stylist and award-winning lifestyle blogger, it is important to know what kind of jewelry or watch could serve as the perfect finishing touch to your style statement and how to properly mix and match them for any given day. Here, she shares the 3 big trends of the season:

  1. Rose Gold, which is made from alloy and copper, is easy to mix and match with other pieces and pretty much looks good on anyone. "They make for a really warm summery look on your skin. What I love about rose gold accessories, especially when it comes to watches, it's not so overpowering. It's not shouting, 'Look at me!' but has an elegant feel," affirms Jenni. "Wearing rose gold, against black or white, looks really amazing."
  2. Lace cutouts, are not bulky looking, says Jenni. "It's very soft on the skin so when you wear something like this, it's very feminine and gives an elegant feel."
  3. Pearls, when combined with metals, no longer seem like grandma's calling card. "Pearls are now a little more edgy. Mixing and matching them with metals make them look more cool. Morellato has a lot of these, including drops, which you can personalize and put together."

The event also featured models who sported different accessories that really looked really good on what they were wearing. Our group also had fun styling model and fellow mom Wilma Doesnt who gave off such positive vibes with her humorous statements.
