There are two choices for the antipasto (that we both got to taste): The Mozzarella Di Bufala "Bellavista" is made of marinated mozzarella with basil, olive oil, capers, and olive vinaigrette. The salad lover in me throughly enjoyed each bite of the flavorful ingredients. 

I was so happy to be served the Crema Di Funghi All "Valdostana", a soup made using mushroom, another favorite food of mine. Each spoonful is truly lip-smacking!

Il Primo is a pasta dish called Paglia E Fieno Al "Brucio Piemontese with homemade green and white tagliarini with meat ragon and herb garlic butter, which is likewise delicious. I was very fascinated by the tagliarini's pretty colors because they made me feel that I was really eating healthy pasta :)

Il Secondo is a choice between Dentice Arrosio Ai Due Sapori, a flaky and juicy pan-seared lapu-lapu with roasted potato wedge and bell pepper with saffron sauce, or Costollette D'Agnello Alle Mandorle Con Risotto All Erbe, which is an almond-crusted lamb chop with assorted herb risotto and lamb sauce. What's notable about the lamb is the very tender meat that doesn't give off the usual strong smell many lamb dishes have.   

For a dolce ending, there's Spuma Al Cioccolato All’Arancio, a decadent chocolate cake mousse with orange flavor. I was pleasantly surprised that the combination of sweet and fruity sour could taste sooo good!      

4. Find your "sweet spot" and make the night even more sensually memorable.
