Fashion will continue to be a hot and trending topic for today's generation. Men, women, and children are more conscious now about clothes and accessories than ever before. Fortunately, there are a lot of brands that continue to come up with fabulous choices for all ages.
This month, the Philippine Fashion Week debuts with Forever 21's fresh and exciting 2014 Holiday Campaign that features recording artist Iggy Azalea and Los Angeles Lakers guard Nick "Swaggy P" Young.
Iggy achieved several milestones this year as the Australian artist got to simultaneously hold the number 1 and 2 spots on the Billboard Hot 100 as well as became the female rapper with the longest-leading number one single on the chart.
On the other hand, shooting guard Nick signed up for 4 more years with the LA Lakers and also made his runway debut at the New York Fashion Week.
This real life celebrity couple became popular not just for their many talents but also for having their distinct and complementary style. Iggy describes hers as "quirky, bold, and strong," while Nick is more "daring and risk-taking" with his choices.
Linda Chang, Forever 21 VP of Merchandising, acknowledges that fashion plays an important part in the lives of the couple and that they are both at the top of their games. "We felt they were the perfect pair to highlight our Men's and Women's collection this Holiday," she explains. "Iggy and Nick are known for their bold style and were chosen as a way for a broader audience to experience the Forever 21 brand and lifestyle."
As you'll see in the photos, the Forever 21 Women's 2014 Holiday Collection features velvet knit cropped tops, fit and flare dresses, printed metallic shorts, oversized cardigans, and cozy pullover sweaters. The variety of items carry a diverse range of tactile and festive fabrics ranging from velvet to metallic fabrics and sequins.
The Forever 21 Men's Holiday offering is a unique collection of suits made of brushed flannel, wool blends, marled textures, and tweeds in silhouettes that vary from slim to classic.
Of course, not to be left behind is the adorable Kids' Collection modeled by pretty young ladies who confidently strutted on the runway. I am sure many moms with little girls would find a lot of must-haves among these outfits.
The Forever 21 Holiday Collection launches globally this last quarter of 2014 and will feature various mini collections. Watch out for more!
