The two companies, CDC and Ascott, first collaborated in 2001 to bring Ascott's first serviced apartment in the Philippines, Somerset Millennium Makati.
Guests and residents can expect world-class aesthetics from interior design tandem Ivy and Cynthia Alamario in the common areas and furnished units that feature accent pieces by local and international artisans. The living spaces, from the 32-sqm studios to the 140-sqm three-bedrooms, are made more capacious with high ceilings and masterful planned areas.
