Bianca Gonzalez Endorses the New Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0

Celebrity Bianca Gonzalez takes on many roles and she says the new Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0's unique features help her organize her day-to-day tasks.

As the world's first 8-inch tablet, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 was designed to empower its users with the best in mobile technology; something Bianca looks for in a gadget. During the product launch yesterday hosted by Sam YG and held at R Space in Makati, Bianca affirmed that the Note 8.0 meets her techie needs very well.

For instance, the gadget's slim and compact design fits perfectly in Bianca's handbag but is powerful enough to let her update her more than two million Twitter followers, check her emails, keep track of her busy schedule, browse online to get inspiration for her articles, read an e-book, and jot down notes in an instant. It impressed me when Bianca mentioned that she can do tasks simultaneously because the Note 8.0 allows multi-window display.  Now that's portability and productivity in one!

Bianca, who is a writer by heart, admitted how much she loves the improved S Pen and S Note features as these enable her to compose and share her articles with ease. The S Pen is optimized to bring out creative expressions, while giving the feel of actually writing down notes on a piece of paper. With this tool, users can write memos, crop and embellish photos, browse the Internet, and even make entries on a diary.

What's even more amazing is that the S Pen can now be used without actually touching the screen thanks to the advanced Air View technology. You just need to hover the pen over the screen to preview pictures, videos, and emails without opening files or applications in full. Nice, huh?

According to Bianca, the Note 8.0 also allows her to read as much as she wants without straining her eyes. This is because the device can calibrate itself to provide optimal conditions for prolonged reading through the Reading Mode by automatically adjusting brightness, color temperature, and contrast ratio depending on lighting conditions. In addition, the Note 8.0 has a unique eye detection feature thus it won't power itself off while you are reading. Bianca also demonstrated how to use the S Pen to make annotations and marks on the actual page. As a voracious reader who likes highlighting striking quotes, I am very much enamored of this feature.

The Digital Diary feature of the S-Planner, on the other hand, allows Bianca to manage her time on a daily and monthly basis. She described that she can attach pictures or memos on specific dates to mark special events and even personalize entries to make them more fun and interactive. Of course, not to be left out is the full phone functionality of the Note 8.0 which allows users to keep in touch with friends and family through actual conversations.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 will be hitting Samsung stores come April 13. Save the date because, as a special treat, Samsung will be giving out exciting deals for new owners of this device. Just go to SM Mall of Asia's Atrium during the first-day selling event and get a free Samsung book cover worth P1,699 when you buy a Note 8.0.

In addition, if you line up from 10AM to 12NN, Note 8.0 buyers also get a chance to win a free Samsung phone via raffle draw. Up for grabs are the Samsung Galaxy SIII, Galaxy Note 2, Galaxy SIII Mini, Galaxy Grand, Galaxy S Duos, Galaxy Y Reloaded, and E1200.
